What this website collects, what the runtime collects inside your experience, and what — if anything — leaves the server.
This notice covers two separate things, which are easy to confuse and are worth keeping apart:
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, optional studio or project details, selected use case and message you provide. It is used to answer your message and nothing else. It is not sold and is not used for unrelated marketing.
If you create an account, we store:
A session is kept in an HttpOnly cookie that is signed, restricted to this site, and expires automatically. That cookie is strictly necessary for the account area to work, so no consent banner is shown for it. Deleting your account deletes these records and immediately invalidates any session using them.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider’s hosted pages and never reach this website. We receive a subscription status, a customer reference and billing metadata — not a card number.
No analytics provider is enabled on this deployment. If one is introduced, this section will name it and describe what it records before it is turned on.
The runtime does not collect player data on your behalf. Observation is an allowlist: an adapter receives only the fields it explicitly declares, and anything undeclared is never collected, never written to diagnostics, and never included in any external payload.
If you choose to declare player-derived fields in your own adapters, you remain the controller of that data. You are responsible for the disclosures your experience makes and for any consent it needs, including under Roblox’s own policies.
External evaluation is optional and disabled by default. When it is enabled, the only data that leaves the Roblox server is the set of observation fields you enumerate in your configuration. With it disabled, nothing leaves.
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for responding to enquiries, and on performance of a contract for operating an account and a subscription.
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it is useful for the conversation it belongs to. Account and billing records are retained for as long as the account exists and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting obligations.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email support@actorvia.xyz.
We use these third parties to operate the service:
Each is bound by its own data-processing terms. Some process data outside the UK and EEA; in those cases transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses those providers publish.
We may update this notice. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting existing account holders are communicated by email rather than by silently editing this page.
