How cancellation works, when a refund is available, and how to ask for one.
This policy applies to the paid subscriptions sold on this site — Starter ($20 per month), Builder ($50 per month), Studio ($100 per month), each also available annually — billed in advance.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that remaining period is not refunded by default.
The 3-day Studio trial works the same way, with one better property: cancelling before the trial’s end date means the first charge is never made at all. Nothing is billed during the trial, so there is nothing to refund.
We will refund the most recent payment where:
Requests outside these situations are considered individually. We would rather resolve a problem than keep a payment from someone the product did not work for — if you subscribed and it genuinely did not do what this site says it does, tell us.
Nothing in this policy removes a right you hold under consumer law. If you are buying as a consumer in the UK or EU you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day the subscription starts. Because the runtime package is delivered immediately, starting a subscription is a request for that delivery to begin during the cancellation period; if you then cancel within the 14 days, we refund the amount paid less a proportionate deduction for the part of the period already supplied. Business purchasers do not have this statutory right, and sections 2 to 4 apply instead.
Cancelling is self-serve and needs no message: use the billing portal from your account, and access runs to the end of the period already paid for.
For a refund on top of that, use the contact form with the reason and the approximate date of the charge. There is no support inbox during the alpha, and where a deployment has no message delivery configured the form says so rather than accepting a request it cannot pass on.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by the payment provider, and the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Raising a chargeback is your right, and while there is no support inbox to reach us at first, doing so will not by itself cost you the account. Telling us through the contact form beforehand still helps, because a dispute resolved directly is faster for both of us.
We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and changes are never applied retroactively to a payment already made.

There is no support inbox during the alpha, so this document is the statement of record rather than the summary of a conversation you can have. Actorvia is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
